I have a crew of 2 additional independent contractors, to work with me on commercial jobs. Kevin, my significant other, has 20 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. The other is my teenage son, Jacob, a very focused and hard-working young man. Both come with excellent work references.
Prices and a list of duties to be performed will be determined after meeting with the property owner, manager or contractor.

Residential Cleaning Services
~One Time Extreme Clean~
$20.00 per hour
This is a very thorough cleaning of the main living or work space.
* clean the inside and outside of the fridge and stove
* clean the inside and outside of the washer and dryer
*wipe down inside and outside of kitchen and bathroom cupboard doors
*thoroughly clean mirrors, sinks, tubs and toilets
* clean under and/or behind stationary furniture
*clean baseboards
*vacuum under couch cushions
*wash the inside of reachable windows
*vacuum, sweep and/or mop all floors
*remove cobwebs and dust walls and ceilings
*clean ceiling fan blades and light fixtures
Note ~ If you have tall walls, high ceilings and high windows,
you'll need to supply the (safe and sturdy) ladder.

~Basic Maintenance~
$20.00 per hour
Basic maintenance is a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service, which includes:
*vacuuming
*mopping
*dusting
*making beds
*cleaning bathrooms
*cleaning kitchen
*cleaning laundry room
Each room will receive a detailed cleaning, on a rotating cycle.
By "detailed" I mean the kind of cleaning described in the
"One Time Extreme Clean" section
(minus the cleaning of fridge and stove. These are considered "Special Projects".)
Upon your request, I will do "Special Projects". However, I will need advanced notice, so I can schedule in the extra time and be sure to have the proper supplies with me.
You also have the option of having me put off the regular duties to focus instead, on the special projects. "Special Projects" include everything listed below this, as well as light yard work, and 1st floor exterior windows.

~Uncluttering, Organizing and Creating Flow~
$20.00 per hour
This service consists of me helping you to clear out unnecessary clutter and get your cupboards, closets, and drawers organized. I will also advise you on, and assist you with, arranging your environment in a way that promotes a free flow of vital energy.

~Storage~
~Basement, Garage, Attic or Shed~
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
The actual price depends on how much physical labor
you are able and/or willing to contribute.
This is a service where I assist and advise you in the sorting, arranging and cleaning of cluttered storage areas.

~Energy Work~
Energy Work is an integrated part of all my services.
I am a certified Reiki practitioner with 10 years of energy working experience.
I do not set an additional fee for this service.
